Prices and VAT
All prices in our store and on our website include the applicable VAT (IVA). The price you see is the final price — no surprises at checkout.
Special conditions for professionals
Professional builders, renovators and installers benefit from special pricing terms. If you buy regularly or in volume, ask for your professional rate — we will prepare an offer tailored to your projects.
Payment terms
Goods are supplied on a prepayment basis. Once your order is confirmed and payment received, we prepare your material for pickup at our Valencia store or for delivery within the Valencian Community.
Dealer cooperation
For construction companies, building material shops, warehouses (almacén), workshops (taller) and industrial units (nave) we offer dealer cooperation: individually negotiated discounts and, in certain cases, supply of goods on consignment. Contact us to discuss the terms.
Return conditions
- Return period: you have 30 calendar days from receiving your order or from your in-store purchase to return or exchange a product, without giving any reason. This extends the 14-day withdrawal period set by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
- Condition: only new products are accepted — unused, not installed, in their original packaging and with the receipt or invoice.
- How to return: at our store (Av. Primado Reig, 54, 46010 Valencia) or by post or courier to the same address. We do not provide return labels; return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or our error.
- Exchange: within the same 30-day period you can exchange the product for another one from our catalogue.
- Refund: free of any fees or handling charges, within 7 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method as the purchase.
- Exceptions: material cut to size and special orders made to the customer's specifications cannot be returned, unless they have a manufacturing defect.
- Defective products: all our products carry a 3-year legal guarantee. If you find a defect, contact us and we will replace the product or refund you.
