In compliance with the regulations in force in the Valencian Community, Matcon Integral, S.L. makes complaint forms available to its customers.

1. Notice sign

In the company's physical establishment, located at Av. Primado Reig, 54, B izq., 46010 Valencia (Valencia), España, the official sign informing that complaint forms are available to consumers and users is displayed in a visible place.

2. Request for the form

Consumers wishing to file a complaint may request the official form of the Generalitat Valenciana at the establishment itself or by email to info@matcon-integral.com.

3. Submission

Once completed, the complaint form shall be delivered at the establishment or sent by email to the indicated address, together with any documentation the consumer deems appropriate.

4. Processing

Matcon Integral, S.L. will acknowledge receipt of the complaint and process it within the periods provided for in the applicable regulations.

Important: Complaint forms are a consumer's right and a friendly means of dispute resolution. Their use does not preclude the right to resort to the corresponding judicial or administrative channels.
